Whistleblowing

SINELEC S.p.A. promotes a culture of lawfulness with a zero tolerance policy for behaviour not in line with the ethical principles adopted by the Company and with current rules and regulations. In this context, the Company has implemented a system for managing reports of conduct, acts or omissions that could be of detriment to public interest or the integrity of SINELEC S.p.A.

Reports can be filed in a manner of different ways, as described below:

  • Reports in written or oral form using a digital platform (the preferred whistleblowing channel):
  • reports made by ordinary or registered mail, treated as confidential and personal, addressed to the Head of the Internal Audit Function or to the Chair of the Supervisory Board if the Head of the Internal Audit Function has involvement in the report (the “Recipient”), at the following address:

Sinelec S.p.A.
Località Passalacqua 2/2
15057 Tortona (AL) – ITALY

  • reports made in person, through a meeting with the Recipient.

In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, the whistleblowing process guarantees the utmost protection and confidentiality of the whistleblowers, the reported parties, and the subject of the reports. The process does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against the whistleblower.
