The MOMS maintenance solution stems from Sinelec’s experience in systems maintenance and allows all related processes to be managed:

• corrective maintenance following automatic alerts from the monitoring systems with which the tool can be integrated, or when intervention tickets are opened manually;
• the scheduled maintenance of the various systems and the related reports;
• predictive maintenance, where applicable, to anticipate possible faults through data analysis algorithms;
• the processes of documenting and reporting on the interventions carried out;
• the defect analysis of systems, statistics of interventions, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements.

The tool is a natural extension of the asset management solution for systems management and the solution for their real-time monitoring.
